Two Bays

Fifteen years of longitudinal monitoring on Port Phillip and Western Port. Connecting students to Sea Country with VACCA, Youthworx and the Boonwurrung Foundation. UNESCO-IOC recognised.

Hopevale Sea Country

A landmark collaboration with Guugu Yimithirr Traditional Owners in far north Queensland — documenting Sea Country connections through digital storytelling and film.

IFAW Cetacean Survey

Pelican1 partnered with the International Fund for Animal Welfare to conduct cetacean surveys — pygmy blue and southern right whales through Backstairs Passage.

Active participation in the International Pacific Marine Educators Network. Kaohsiung 2025, Vancouver Is. 2023, Iwate 2014. Co-signatories of the Takao Declaration.

Sound · 2020

The Pelican Time Machine

An eco-acoustic sound walk along Geelong's foreshore, first shared at the Festival of Sails 2020 for World Ocean Day — a blend of soundscape and deep listening.
